But here’s an underrated one…
It shows women you’re a go-getter. The type of guy who’s confident and assertive enough to go for what he wants.
Back in caveman times, you’d need to be a strong and assertive leader to bring food back to your family. It’s not necessary for our survival now, but women are still biologically wired to want this type of guy.
This is the guy who’s going places. The man who can solve problems, get shit done and ensure she’s never in danger.
So, it’s worth approaching a beautiful woman as soon as you see her. Don’t hesitate. Overcome whatever hurdles are blocking you from making a connection.
You train yourself to become a go-getter using ‘The 5 Second Rule’. Whenever you decide you want to do something, count backwards from five and move your feet towards it before zero.

2. Lead
Feminine women are attracted to masculine men. This is biological. It’s undebatable. All the best dating advice I ever followed involved showing off masculine qualities.
If there’s one habit that best shows off your masculine presence, it’s your ability to lead.
Masculine energy leads, feminine energy follows.
That’s why it’s your job to approach the women you like, carry the conversation, swap contact details, arrange the date, push things forward romantically etc.
Women are capable of these things, but it puts them in their masculine energy. That’s no good if you’re trying to turn them on.
Show you’re capable of leading her through every step of a seduction. Once she trusts in your ability to lead her, she’ll begin to relax into her femininity. And that’s when attraction begins to bubble.

Lifting weights is the number one habit to make you more physically attractive.
You’ll become bigger, stronger and more aesthetic. You’ll lose fat in your face and body. Your perceived ability to protect your woman will skyrocket. Your performance in the bedroom will improve.

I attracted some great women in my younger years when I didn’t have anything! Many would mention how they loved my ambition. They loved hearing my plans to be a successful writer one day. They saw me taking steps to achieve this goal.
This pushes their emotional buttons more than a wealthy guy who slaves away at a job he hates. The digits in your bank account don’t make women horny. It’s the story behind them (and the lifestyle it can provide).
‘Starving artists’ can deliver this in abundance. That’s why it’s so common to see amateur musicians, actors or performers with amazing women.

5. Laugh
Attraction is experienced emotionally, not logically. Make a woman experience strong emotions and she’ll often overlook your logical flaws.
One way to do this is to be funny. But it doesn’t even have to be that complicated.
You could simply become a guy who loves to laugh and enjoy his life. This type of mood is infectious. It helps women through whatever drama they’re suffering.
It also signals that you’re relaxed and calm in their presence. Most men can’t laugh or make jokes with their crush because they’re too nervous about looking cool in front of her.

This is the most underrated habit of attractive men. The benefits are subtle and can take time, but there are many of them. A daily 10-minute meditation habit could make it easier to develop all the other habits in this guide.
When I started meditating, it became easier to ignore the inner voices telling me not to take action. I discovered a stronger zest for life because I was more present to enjoy it.
I’m calmer in moments of adversity now. It’s easier to hold unwavering eye contact with women, even during high-pressure moments. They often make positive assumptions and follow up with “I can see it in your eyes.”
Meditators will be nodding in agreement, while everyone else scoffs in disbelief. These are benefits you’ll need to witness for yourself to believe.

Women don’t want you to bring them problems. They want to date problem-solvers!
It’s in your best interests to find solutions instead of acting like a victim. Women can’t relax into their femininity if they don’t trust you to handle any situation.
