About The Guest:
Dr. Katrina Johnson has a PhD in Psychology from Emory University, and she uses what she learned about how the human brain works to offer brained based leadership coaching.
Through her coaching, she helps founders, CEOs, and C-suite executives build elite teams and understand how to encourage and effectively communicate with their teams to drive organizational growth and profitability.
Dr. Katrina has worked with hundreds of clients in at least 6 countries, from 28-year-old founders to 70-year-old CEOs, in organizations at various stages of development, from VC-backed startups to recently IPOed public companies.
Before becoming a coach, Dr. Katrina worked as an Assistant Professor at Emory University’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, where she was named Educator of the Year for the 150+ faculty member department.
She also worked at Ampersand Leadership Group and Athanor Capital, providing leadership and performance coaching to the organization’s employees.
Dr. Katrina is also a former member of the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Advisory Committee.
