The lower decks crew find themselves on trial in ‘Veritas’
Last time on Star Trek: Lower Decks, Tendi had genetically altered a dog. Her friends found out fast there was more to this dog than meets the eye. Boimler agreed to help Rutherford out in testing something, with disastrous results. This led to Boimler and Tendi’s new dog being sent on an ominous looking ship. When they met the captain of this vessel, things looked bleak for everyone on board. Yet as this episode came to a close, this crew of misfits had a happy ending. Now the lower decks crew find themselves in a strange courtroom in ‘Veritas’. I was able to watch a screener of this episode and here is what I thought of it.

The lower decks crew find themselves on trial in ‘Veritas’. They all get asked to recount different star dates, with no explanation why they need to do that. As this trial moves forward, things only get more intense for these friends. Yet as this episode comes to a close, things may not be as bad as they seem.
