A new superhero comes to town in ‘Summer School’ Chapter 2
Last time on Stargirl, the school year was coming to an end. The town seemed to be free of supervillains for now, but Courtney was having a hard time taking it easy. Her friends were getting tired of going out on patrol all the time when the town seemed safe for once. Pat tells the family about a vacation he has planned for them and can’t wait for it to start. This whole plan gets derailed once he finds out Courtney has to attend summer school. As this episode comes to a close Courtney gets in a scuffle with a mysterious figure. Now a new superhero has arrived in town on ‘Summer School’ Chapter 2. I was able to watch a screener of this episode and here is my thoughts on it.

Still on the lookout for evil in Blue Valley, Courtney grows suspicious after an unexpected visitor shows up at the Dugan house. Meanwhile, Barbara and Pat become concerned after a visit from a mysterious antiques collector named Richard Swift. Elsewhere, Cindy puts her plan in motion.
A new superhero has come to Blue Valley and Courtney has a bad feeling about them. Meanwhile the family seems to like her and so do all of her friends. Courtney can’t help it, she this new hero just rubs her the wrong way. While this is going on, another mysterious figure arrives in town. Pat goes to introduce himself and fears they might be up to something.
