Look at the action packed trailer for this upcoming film
It took me a while to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender. Once I did I thought it was an amazing show that took me on a magical journey. The Legend of Korra was also pretty good and did a nice job telling the next chapter in this saga. When I heard a new animated movie was being made I couldn’t wait to learn more about it. The trailer for Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender is now online and here is my thoughts on it.

The new film, based on the animated series created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, sees Avatar Aang, the world’s last Airbender, learn of an ancient power that could save his culture from extinction. With the help of his friends, he embarks on a global quest to find it before it falls into the wrong hands and threatens to upend the peace they sacrificed everything to achieve.
This is a well done trailer. We see Aang makes a shocking discovery and learns he might not be the last of his race after all. It also becomes clear there are those out there who want to destroy the peace that this group has worked so hard to achieve. Along the way this team will make a few new friends and run into some tough enemies. As this trailer draws to a close it becomes clear this is going to be their toughest mission yet.
Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender premieres July 25th on Paramount Plus.
