Did you ever think you’d see a WWE Superstar having a tea party with his daughter? Neither did I.
I have to admit, the first time I saw Roman Reign’s Fatherhood ad, I did a double take. Not that I knew who he was. I just saw a big, long-haired, heavily tattooed man hopping around. The TV was on mute, so I wasn’t sure what was going on. But you don’t need sound to recognize a giant of a man singing “I’m a Little Teapot” with a tiny girl. I dove for the remote just in time to hear him ask some one to “…pour me out.” before he settled down to a tea party with the little girl. Two sips and a few second later a his name, WWE, and website popped up: fatherhood.gov. Ok, now this made sense. Mostly.

Fatherhood.gov, in partnership with the Ad Council, has been producing a series of PSAs about being a dad, with the aim of encouraging fathers to be more involved in their childrens’ lives.
Included are a blog, activites, statistics, and as wrestler Alberto Del Rio says in the “Behind the scenes” video, things to keep a dad from feeling like he’s in this alone, whether he’s single dad, a traveling, working dad, or with-kids-on-the-weekend-only dad.
