About Aaron DeBee
Nothing develops communication skill better than necessity and experience, and Aaron DeBee has seen plenty of both. After over a decade of service as a cryptologic linguist for the United States government, Aaron continued compiling the communications skills and knowledge that make him the most effective writer for product.
Aaron attended the Defense Language Institute in from 1993 to 1995, where he studied Chinese Mandarin and graduated at the top of his class. From 1995 to 2005, he translated, analyzed, and reported national intelligence information for the National Security Agency, the White House, the Central Intelligence Agency, and myriad other national and international intelligence consumers.

Since leaving direct government service in 2005, Aaron has continued working as a translator, editor, writer, and language consultant. He graduated from the University of Akron in 2012 with a BA in Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology, and he went on to study Cognitive Linguistics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Aaron’s writing history encompasses a broad spectrum of clients and projects, including academic writing, fiction novel editing, blogging, national intelligence reporting, immigration translation, and patent submission writing.
