Brittany Leonard

Brittany is a business minded Senior Corporate Counsel. Her passion is seeing businesses thrive and helping facilitate those successes.

At Civix, Brittany manages a multinational company and its subsidiaries. She provides legal advice and strategic leadership to the Board, C-Suite, and business units on a variety of issues regarding tech development, human resources, contract negotiations, financial initiatives, brand protection, and M&A transactions. She also manages outside counsel and provides advice on litigation matters.

Brittany is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Florida A&M College of Law, where she was the Valedictorian of her class.
