I am a Writing MFA candidate at Western Connecticut State University, currently immersed in my thesis, a collection of essays that explores a life upended at 50 and the unexpected twists that helped me find a home in myself. Its working title is "Untethered." I am a private college counselor, in practice for 27 years, living in Brookfield, Connecticut.
