Laura Sweeney

Laura Sweeney facilitates Writers for Life in central Iowa. She represented the Iowa Arts Council at the First International Teaching Artist's Conference in Oslo, Norway. Her recent and forthcoming poems have appeared in Folia, Yellow Chair Review, Balloons Lit. Journal, Wordrunner eChapbook, Red Savina Review, One Sentence Poems, Main Street Rag, Canadian Woman Studies, Midwest Review, and the anthology Nuclear Impact: Broken atoms in our hands. She is associate editor for Eastern Iowa Review.
