Paul Jozsef is an Australian counsellor and mindfulness trainer based in Montreal, Canada. Paul is the principal counsellor at Paul Jozsef Counselling & Coaching and director of Mindfulness Space.
In his counselling practice, Paul works with clients to help them overcome emotional obstacles and find a richer sense of meaning and purpose in life. During his mindfulness workshops, Paul guides individuals to achieve personal insights that assist them to deal with stress, improve their focus and navigate change.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Master in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
