I have to agree. This man is built to play that role. Just look at him. And he’s English, so it all works, since almost all Bonds have been English. I have to express doubts that the film industry would ever put any man with darker skin than Connery in the role, but then they cast Blondie in the last 2 movies so I’ve been surprised before. I really could see this as a throwback to the Connery era Bond, and that is a very, very good thing.
Can’t tell you how much I agree with this one. By the way, he’s playing Mandela in a major new bio-pic of the South African leader.
