Being a young entrepreneur, Sairaj was motivated and driven by the desire to do something new and innovative. He has never been the 9 to 5 job kind of a person and showed immense aversion to mundane tasks. His passion for innovation and creativity drove him forward and led to his company’s success. However, like any other business, his company’s fate was destined to go through highs and lows. This ebb and flow brought Sairaj in touch with reality and acted as a cue for him to “suit up” and jump into action.
Sairaj Matkar’s life revolves around the philosophy of learning from one’s failure and having the potential to transform into success. While such philosophies remain an ideal thought for some, for Sairaj, they went beyond that and entered the realm of action. He shares how instead of neglecting mundane tasks, he would delegate those to others so that the work wouldn’t stop. One of the biggest challenges for most entrepreneurs, especially those new to the field, is to accept their limitations and say “no” to certain clients. Sairaj put his foot down and decided to practice the art of saying “no” to those clients that were either toxic or whose needs the company couldn’t cater to at that moment. He realized the importance of having a mentor and invested deeply in him. The most appreciative and admirable recourse undertaken by him was to embrace imperfections. This helped him finish his work on time and reduced his cognitive load. Last, he developed a sense of clarity regarding his vision and purpose. It was this lucidness that illuminated his path toward success!
Sairaj Matkar is every man. Things were never served to him on a silver platter; instead, it was a constant struggle to get where he is today. The perfect blend of diligence, determination, and dedication has made him who he is. His bold and fierce nature proved to be a boon for his company by transforming failures into success.
