Mindfulness and Creativity come naturally. But they have unleashed artificially. No one can experience the ultimate mindfulness and creativity until it is fully unleashed. Here is how to unleash it.
▪ Forget & Forgive.
There is a universal rule to live a balanced paradigm. Forget and forgive. Forget about the past that wasn’t fair with you. Forget about the past that wasn’t good for you. Forget about the choices you made. Forget about the Safety Glasses you wore. Forget about the routine you adopted. Forget about the company you had. Adopt what is present in front of you. Adopt what is going on at present. Adopt what gives you energy. Adopt what gives you direction. Adopt what stops you from negative energy. Adopt what stops you from going exhausted. Secondly, learn to forgive people. People would do unjust things to you. People would do unfair things to you. People would don unimaginable things to you. You need to consume positive energy by justifying a negative act. You don’t need to adopt that approach at all. Adopt a very different path. Adopt a very unique path. Adopt a very winsome path.
▪ Seek Motivation.
When you see a Bodybuilder, what do you think about him/her? Can you imagine or consider what is driving them? You can know their diet plan. You can know their workout routine. You can know their schedules. But you cannot know what is driving a Bodybuilder? That’s called motivations. Motivation has nothing to do with your type of profession or work. Motivation has everything to do with the energy that pulls you. Motivation has everything to do with the energy that forces you to achieve.
▪ Define Our Goals.
Everyone in life has some goals to achieve. A good career is a goal. A good reputation is a goal. A good lifestyle is a goal. Everyone is living on their goals day and night. How many of them are able to achieve their goals? Do they get a good lifestyle they wish for? Do they get a good career they wish for? Do they get their goals? Only a handful are able to fully achieve their goals in their lifetime. Those who aren’t able to have their goals aren’t committed to their goals due to certain rationales. Sometimes people are developing part-time goals. They are doing many other things along with things that lead to their goals.
Can part-time efforts help you achieve the goals?
Ask yourself this question. Are you making part-time efforts to achieve your goal? Are you making part-time dedications? Are you making a part-time interpretation of loyalty? Because if you are doing this, you are amongst the billions of people who do the same with their goals. They don’t get the manifestation of their goals. They don’t get the fulfillment of their goals. They don’t get the fruitfulness of their goals either. Define your goals the way you want them to be. Define your goals and take the responsibility to fulfill these goals. Define your goals to take a lead in your life. Take control of your goals and your life.
▪ Keep Checking Limits.
Sometimes the given role in life defines your abilities. These abilities limit your goals. These limits define your potential. Don’t be a slave to the limitation that is blocking your potential. If you aren’t able to unlock your potential, you are trapped into limitations. If you aren’t able to find the path to your goals, you are trapped into limitations. If you aren’t taking a lead in life to achieve what is yours, you are trapped into the limitations. Why are you into these limitations? What are you getting out of these limitations? Nothing but fear. Nothing but grievances. Nothing but insecurities. Nothing but lack of strong will. Nothing but weakness. These weaknesses are becoming part of your free will. They are stopping to act freely. They are stopping you to act bravely. They are stopping you to act fiercely. They are stopping you to act in the best way possible. Your limitations are the cage you have imprisoned yourself in. Your limitations are the cage you have put yourself into. No one can take out of that cage. No one can take you out of that prison. No one can take you out of those limitations but you and only you.
▪ Don’t be afraid to fall.
Every wise soul is afraid of falling. Every rational soul is afraid of falling. Every skeptical soul is afraid of falling. They see that falling is some sort of failure. They are totally wrong about it. No one can walk without falling. You cannot rise until you fall. You cannot rise until you have learned what it feels to fall.
Are you afraid of falling?
Ask yourself this again and again and again until you get an honest reply. A person can be afraid. A person can fall too. That’s called life. Don’t be afraid of falling. Be afraid of standing straight. Be afraid of not giving your efforts for a trail. Be afraid of what makes you brave. Be afraid of what can unlock your potential at best. Be afraid to be a bad guy. Be afraid to do unjust things. Be afraid to do horrible things. These are the fears that you need to adopt. Don’t adopt the fears that don’t let you achieve.
▪ Master the Art of Controlled Behavior.
When people are angry, they give a very unpredictable reaction. Their reactions to happiness are different. Their reactions to anger are different. Their reactions to sadness are different. Why do they have a difference in behavioral patterns? These unpredictable reactions mean that they don’t have control over their behaviors. Let’s explain it. I.e. you are buying something let’s say Glasses Online, how do you react in that process? You remain very conscious and controlled while purchasing the item. So that nothing goes wrong. That’s called the controlled behavioral pattern. You are improvising with controlled senses. More likely, you need to master this skill. Control your senses to give well-calculated, well-assessed, and well-considered responses to a reaction. Don’t panic. Don’t be aggressive. Don’t be underestimated.
