Starting his professional career as a civil engineer, Ken earned two master’s degrees and built an impressive career in real estate. Ken has syndicated and developed over a billion dollars in high-profile real estate, wholesaled 137 deals in one year as co-founder of Flipping USA, and created the Modern Wealth Building Formula, empowering thousands of investors over 20 years. A real estate titan, Ken has influenced the New York skyline and regularly speaks at NYU Real Estate Institute and Rutgers University. He is a best-selling author, a stage magic enthusiast, married for over 30 years, and the proud father of three successful children.
