This is the very real question to ask yourself in every moment, big or small. It is especially important for those who are givers or overgivers, and have had a tendency to overcommit, putting others’ needs before their own.
To maintain your own radiant golden energy, you must prioritize your own health, self care, self love, and self honor.
Quick check-ins you can ask yourself at any time:
“Am I being self honoring?”
“Is the request before me self honoring?”
“Is what I have offered self honoring?”
“Is this relationship in front of me self honoring?”
“Are the commitments I previously made still self honoring?”
“If not, what do I need to change?” You can also lovingly acknowledge to yourself that you have already fulfilled that which was previously promised.
While asking yourself these questions, pay attention to your front heart chakra and your front solar plexus chakra. An expansive, open and freeing feeling in your front heart chakra is a yes. A tightness or seizing up feeling in either area are a no, or at least an indication that you have more to consider.
Pay attention to the positive flow of energy in your body for that is where you will feel the alignments beyond what the thinking mind can perceive.
You have mastery that you will apply to this incarnation. No one can ever take your self mastery from you.
Once the egg of creation has cracked, there is no going back.
After you have felt these assessments for yourself, recalibrate your decisions as you need to. And clearly, fairly communicate your needs and decisions to others, so you can all move forward from a foundation of honesty and integrity.
If needed, say to yourself,
“I reclaim my Self Power. I focus on Self Empowerment.”
You can even add a specific date, whether a week, a month, three months from now, as a bolstering window, so you can really anchor in your self power frequencies.
Focus on your front solar plexus chakra and envision it radiant gold. Command your solar plexus to be operating at 100% self power.
This perfect balance and harmony is so that you are 100% in control of yourself, neither pushing your will onto others, nor being depleted and having others push their will onto you.
Wish and envision for all others to be operating with their 100% solar plexus energy, as well. If everyone in the world were operating in this perfect balance, we would have universal peace.
You can repeat these loving reminders to yourself anytime you need:
I remember my Divinity
I am One with the Source Light
I am Pure Love
I am Safe
I remember my Crystalline connection with Source Divinity
Let Love be a Celebration
