A Note From Kristen
You’ve probably seen the viral dumpling bake floating around TikTok. After it popped up on my feed, I wanted to create my own version using some of my favorite plant-based pantry staples, and I’m so glad I did. It’s one of those no-fuss recipes that comes together easily and always hits the spot on busy nights. I hope you love it!

How to Make Coconut Curry Dumplings
01
MAKE SAUCE
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, whisk together the coconut milk, green curry paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, garlic, and vegetable broth until smooth.

02
ADD GREENS
Add the greens and stir to combine.

03
ADD DUMPLINGS
Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer, pressing them into the sauce so the tops stay slightly exposed.

04
BAKE
Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the dumplings are hot throughout.

05
GARNISH AND SERVE
For a crisp finish, broil for 2 to 3 minutes. Squeeze over lime juice and garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and chili oil if desired, before serving. Enjoy!

What to Serve With These Baked Dumplings
- Serve with jasmine rice, fried rice, or rice noodles to make it a full meal.
- Add roasted vegetables or a quick stir-fry like carrots, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
- Pair with crisp tofu or another favorite plant-based protein.
- Round it out with something fresh like cucumber salad, cilantro salad, or pickled veggies.
- Finish with toppings like fresh herbs, green onions, seeds, chili crisp, or chili oil.

Flavor Boost Tips
- Don’t overcrowd the pan. Keep the dumplings in a single layer so the tops can lightly crisp while baking.
- For more color and flavor, broil for the last few minutes until the tops turn lightly golden.
- Finish with fresh lime juice right before serving. It brightens the sauce and balances the richness.
- Add chili oil or chili crisp at the end if you want extra heat and texture.
