How does irrationality work in the human mind? How does bias work? How do heuristics play out? What goes on in the human mind that plays a role in the purchasing behavior of a customer?
What is the human mind? What are the components of mind? How do they relate to determine what is known or experienced?
Conceptually, the human mind is the collection of all the electrical and chemical impulses of nerve cells, their features and interactions. Sets of electrical impulses relay to acquire sets of chemical impulses to determine what is known or experienced in any moment. Electrical impulses are quantities while chemical impulses are properties.
There are several properties on the mind, like thirst, craving, hurt, delight and so forth. Bias is a property on the mind, acquired like consequences and others. This means that in any regular mental process where sensations are interpreted, bias or consequences are acquired to qualify decisions, reactions or behaviors.
Irrationality is deviation from what is expected to be the norm, where consequences are not acquired or acquired and ignored. Bias occurs such that even though some [logical] properties are acquired, decisions often align with certain properties, against a free flow.
Although bias is used to define specific behaviors, but on the mind, avoidance and preference work with the same mechanisms generally, in experiences, which is what bias does.
Heuristics are sets of rules or properties in the mind, where acquisitions are made in sequences, towards quick outcomes.
In all mind processes electrical and chemical messages have features, aside interactions that define how they work.
Features of [sets of] electrical impulses include early-splits or go-before where a part of the [sets of] electrical impulses goes on to acquire chemical impulses, following a prior path, so that if it matches with the prompt, then the incoming electrical impulses does nothing and follows, but if it does not, the incoming one goes to the right direction. This explains how seeing some letters in a word may seem to complete, such that if it is right, then nothing else is done, but if not, the incoming one [for completion] acquires the right properties.
Features of the sets of quantities also includes old and new sequences, where electrical impulses use an old sequence to proceed to acquire sets of chemical impulses, which is evident in following procedures, or doing something as expected, sometimes quickly [as heuristics]. A disadvantage is when it leads to boredom or makes a thing cliché. New sequences drive adventure or exploration of things, but bad for procedures. Some irrationality or unpredictability is a result of new sequences.
There is also prioritization and pre-prioritization, where just one interaction is most prioritized on the mind in any moment. This is determined by the set with the most rotation, when electrical impulses strike chemical impulses. There are numerous interchanges with pre-prioritized.
Features of [sets of] chemical impulses include thin and thick shapes, separating unique from general information. For example, windows in general are thick properties, but anything specific known about a kind of window is a thin property.
Features also include stairs or drifts, where specializations for functions are obtained, such that what is different about how a brain center works somewhere from another is determined by these drifts, or why an emotion is different from a feeling. Also, it is in the drifts that the sense of self or subjective experience is obtained, such that some parts of it, where access is possible, are the centers for intentional actions, explaining free will.
Features also include a principal spot, where sets of properties for one experience can move to, to have the most domination. The properties there maybe for the same thing, or can share the space with others, reducing the singular influence.
Bias is a property obtained mostly from splits, such that when it is obtained it has to dominate. It may not be prioritized, but may often be acquired.
Rationality is not a specific property, but just a set of matches, while irrationality is a set of deviations.
The sum of all the quantities and properties on the mind is 1. Or the sum of all the divisions [emotions, memory, feeling] of mind is 1.
That is
q + p = 1
t + M + F + E = 1
Bias
For bias, the properties move into the principal spot, sharing the space with another set, or in some cases, the properties of bias fit in completely.
principal spot = a
pre-prioritized interaction = r
prioritized interaction = i
splits = x
sequences = c
sense of self = s
a = i + r + x + c + s
where the maximum for a in a moment can be 0.50.
for i, it may get up to half of that which is 0.25
splits are often between 0.05 and 0.15, with 0.10 for the one that goes first and 0.05 for the following one, assuming they are just two.
When listening to music, where there are several splits, each split [in a set] could be 0.01, but maximized at 0.15
sequences or c is also two figures, low for 0.01 for old, which takes a really low measure and can be up to 0.10 for a new one.
Rationality
i = x + c + r + s
where i is highest with 0.25, but what must be almost negligible is c since it has to go through an old sequence, while also acquiring the property of consequences and then not acquiring bias. Consequences may not have to move to the principal spot, to make this happen.
This works for heuristics as well.
Irrationality
i = x + r + s – c
where the sequence always deviates, either following a new one, or following an old one, but instead of going in the direction of what should seem logical, goes through others which could be bias, ignoring consequences, or for pleasure and the rest.
The human mind is composed of sets of interacting impulses across locations, with their features. There is no behavior or relationship with the external world that exceeds sets of impulses. Why does someone choose one product over another? Why does an advertisement lead to a purchase? What makes some people prefer luxury goods? What contributes to demand? All these are results of impulses on the mind, whose sets can conceptually be explored with this arithmetic.
