Avila is a seasoned clinical research professional with more than 15 years of experience and knows the importance representation and diversity have in the world of clinical research.

Avila’s team is focused on creating a more inclusive approach for recruitment and involvement of patients in clinical trials at CCT Research sites. The vision is to improve the patient identification process and make the research experience more comfortable for those participating. Avila and the team will also be dedicated to emphasizing diversity among CCT employees and within their industry partnerships.
