How Exaggerated Are They?
How exaggerated do these people get?
The answer, is very exaggerated
They are so self-important that they feel they need admiration all the time, and they think they’re better than everyone.
When in reality, they’re probably lying about how good they are.
This is seen a lot in the workplace, and in relationships. Someone will insist that they are perfect, that they are good people, and they may focus so much on themselves that it’s annoying.
But of course, the truth is that they’re very scared of being taken down a peg. They suck at handling criticism, and they feel like people are against them if they are criticized, even when it’s innocuous.
Narcissists show this a lot, and that’s a sign of a narcissistic personality.
Look for How they Monopolize Your Conversations

That includes your conversations. They may end up taking over, and they may make you look bad, or make themselves look so good.

Are you Being Used?
Narcissistic people love to use others, to the point where they don’t care who it is, if they get the job done, or if they do it for them, that’s what matters.
They also don’t recognize how other people feel, so they may do this without any remorse. In a lot of cases, narcissistic personalities will use people without a second thought.
And the people being used usually aren’t even aware of how badly they’re being used by others, so they may not nip this in the bud until it’s too late of course.
They also will do this with the idea that the other person will comply, so they will expect this.
That of course is not good, since a lot of people, if they talk back, may get chastised by the narcissist.
Next Level Bragging
They also love to brag. Not just when they do something good, but they will think that they are the best things ever, and at the top of the line, when in reality, they are scared of someone being better than them.
They are usually boastful and pretentious, and have feelings that are secretly of shame. If they aren’t perfect, they usually get moody or depressed, and don’t handle changes very well.
If they don’t get the best everything, they’re not happy.
