Los Scandalous, California. Where you are either a Blood or a Crip or a Criminal that hates Bloods and Crips.
But the most scandalous part about Los Scandalous is that if you are African American or Hispanic and you are driving down the street, you are automatically targeted for police or a gang to get on you.
And where I’m from, LAPD is the worst gang because they are killing people for no reason and using excuses like, “I thought it was my taser.”
And they get away with it.
On my home way from school I see the same pattern every day.
I see Blacks and Hispanics in handcuffs. Their cars have been pulled over and the only Whites around are the ones cuffing them.
It’s all so sad and crazy.
When I was 12, my cousin who was 14, but who is now dead, and I were walking to
St. Andrews Park located on Manchester and Western in South LA near Inglewood.
On our way to the park two, tall bald white police officers cut across traffic to come and harass us. They pulled their black and white alongside us and hopped out.
Right off the bat they assumed we were gang members.
One of the officers said, “Wassup cuz? Where’s the weed and the guns?”
We ignored him.
So they grabbed us and searched us and the other one with a crazy smile on his face said, “Don’t kill anybody today.”
Just another day in Los Scandalous, California.
