Hi everyone! Today I’m going to tell you some things you should take out of your life.
Let’s start…
1- Comparing yourself to others. Success is understood by progress, not by comparison.
2- Arguing with others. You can win the argument, but you won’t be able to change the other person’s minds, so what’s the point of argument?
3- Negative news (mostly all news). You won’t be able to do anything about it, but keep in mind, you’re just polluting your mind. If you share the news with others, you will contaminate their minds as well.
4- People who like to complain, blame, condemn and criticize.
5- Procrastinate. This thing only leads to misery. But if you move, you shine. And if you move constantly, you will be unstoppable.
6– Get used to. Never get used to it. The only limit in your life is the limits you set yourself, so dream big and be bold and don’t get used to comfort.
7- Never doubt yourself. If you do, you put forward reasons to find your ideas worthless.
8- Give up a career that doesn’t inspire you.
9– Refined sugar.
10- Alcohol.
11- An uncomfortable bed (1/3 of your life is spent there !!!)
12- Aimless social media browsing.
13- Too much work (spend more time with loved ones instead).
