To be Regenerative is to flow from moment to moment introducing space in the transitions. It is in this space, as in the moment of stillness between an inhale and exhale, that regeneration occurs.
Our default processing has been patterned in opposition to such an abundant opportunity to expand. We are taught to forget this precious moment just as we are taught to fault Sleep with confiscating part of our day.
It is stillness that heals our hearts and minds, and conscious motion that heals our bodies.
We are born with the capacity to regenerate both ourselves and the world around us. Unfortunately, we are given mostly to taking, destroying, and using every last bit of the resources, that once danced so abundantly upon the planet, in service of productivity and industry.
Our greed has led us into a trance of unbeknownst blasphemy.
It is not too late for us to shift ourselves, though it may be too late to halt the inertia of an unrepenting culture. We mustn’t give time to the mass shift, but begin to peer into our own hearts and find a truth that liberates and wakes us from our deathly slumber.
There is a better life to be lived outside the boundaries of our programmed destiny, and it isn’t far-off to find.
There is magic to be had in the space between spaces if only we will choose to slow ourselves enough and behold.
It is here, in the stillness between the breaths of life, that we can begin to regenerate ourselves and the world around us.
