What Type Of Content Goes Viral Online?

Controversy is king in social media.

You need to shock or outrage people if you want clicks and comments.

That’s why we often only see the worst of the worst people (and this includes women) online.

Remember that online trend of women shaming men for glancing in their direction at the gym? The truth is: for every clown making videos like that, there are millions of friendly and sweet women.

It’s just that these nice women aren’t necessarily trying to go viral online. And even if they were, the algorithm would still show us the sociopaths!

The Internet Has Always Been A Place For Extreme Opinions

If we had a pretty good time on a date, we’re unlikely to post on the internet about it.

It’s only when we have an AWFUL time that people feel the need to vent. I guess some people want justice.

But even then, it’s only a certain type of person who wants to do that.

Well-adjusted, easy-going women aren’t so combative.

And that’s why we don’t see them online!

Often what we see are the unhinged attention-seekers who hate men or have terrible opinions about dating.

People On The Internet Are Rude And Stupid

Some people feel it’s OK to say the worst things on the internet. They throw insults they wouldn’t dare to say in real life. And that includes women on dating apps.

Perhaps dating apps dehumanise us. Maybe the attention gets to women’s heads. And let’s not forget men are very rude to them online too.

Whatever the reason, don’t be fooled into thinking all women are like that.

When you approach a woman respectfully in the real world, most of them appreciate the gesture. Even if they don’t want to date you, most are polite about telling you.

The chances of you approaching a man-hating narcissist are one in a million. It hasn’t happened to me or any of my pals yet.

Most Men Don’t Understand That Most Women Are Nice

We live in a society where approaching women and talking to them is no longer normal.

Most young guys prefer to try and meet women online. They see this as ‘easier’ even though most of them barely see a shred of success on apps like Tinder.

This means they don’t get an accurate sample of what most women are like.

They only see the controversial ‘e-girls’, who probably dissuade them from talking to women even more.

The more they consume this content, the more social media algorithms push it onto them, the deeper down the ‘incel rabbithole’ they go.

As a dating writer, I consume plenty of this content. The difference is: I spend plenty of time meeting women in the real world too.

So, I can tell you that most women aren’t like the ones you see online.

You’ve probably seen women online talking about their insane dating standards.

They’ve either written it in their Tinder bio or they’re bragging about it in a social media video.

But you can still connect with like this when you meet them in the real world.

Women are in a logical state of mind when they’re making ‘content’ like this.

But, luckily, they make romantic decisions with their emotions.

So, if you can meet them in real life and push their emotional buttons the right way, you can get amazing results. Even if they’re left-swiping on every man who’s shorter than 6’2”.

I’m speaking from my own experience and those of my peers.

Women in the real world are humans. If you can make them feel good, they’ll want to spend more time with you.

And the easiest way is to get out of your house and approach them in real life.
