Michigan’s BIG Show‘s Michael Patrick Shiels interviews Stephen Louis Krasner related to his new book, A Broken System: Family Court in the United States
Paraphrasing Krasner: [The corruption in the family court system] is an issue that is convoluted and dysfunctional on so many levels. [It] has surpassed the mom versus dad scenario, such as in the movie Kramer versus Kramer. The problem has infiltrated the infrastructure of the court system and several of the third parties that work in conjunction with them.
Shiels asked, “Why is it broken?” Listen to the recording of this brief interview.
