The truth, really? Are you sure? Nowadays, we preach the overvaluation of truth, as the salvation of the soul and the elevation of self-pride, saying “I only tell the truth, I hate lies.” The tranquility of being on the “right side of God” is only achieved by those who are on the path of good, which is permeated only by honesty and, consequently, by the truth.
Everyone is concerned with the salvation of our souls, in a world of regeneration!
It’s just that people’s truth isn’t always beautiful. So the politically correct truth was created: you tell the truth that is beautiful to others’ ears. You keep the ugly truth to yourself. Whoever tells the whole truth is considered inconvenient, sour, boring, bitter, problematic, unpleasant.
You only tell the truth about the moments when you are sparkling with joy, in full communion with the beautiful, the sacred and happiness. In moments when your essence is taken by the ugly, the sacrilegious and the bitterness, you hide. And you pretend. And, finally, you become depressed and sick.
So, you need to wear a mask in which you appear to be living a false truth. And that wouldn’t be lying? NEVER! That’s just maintaining positivity in the face of problems.
Free expression ceases to be free, and becomes reprehensible. The ugly truth bothers. The person who accepts and exposes the ugly truth makes others distance themselves, because it is proof that plastic and eternal happiness is a lie, so it is better to distance oneself, under the excuse that the person is very “negative”.
Let me tell you something: it’s not because they have a bad energy, but because they make you stop and think about things you run away from. And when you face the world aware that it also has ugly truths, you get sad. And you prefer a false and incomplete happiness, than moments of sadness and the fullness of the real truth. The world is not prepared for the real truth. It is made up of some happy moments and many moments that require change, adaptation, crying, work, and arouse many difficult feelings.
But whoever surrenders to all moments, whether happy or sad, is politically incorrect. Whoever lives their truth fully, bothers.
When people accept the shadows in the same way they accept the light, certainly animosities and depression will be things of the past.
As Jung said:
‘No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell.’
