We humans are already impatient by nature. This is typical.
But by being impatient, you can’t imagine how much it only delays your life, and worse, it only leads you to have negative and frustrating thoughts and feelings. And according to the law of attraction, this is totally, immensely harmful to your life and your mental and emotional well-being.
I know it’s hard to have faith and hope when you’re already too tired of waiting for something that seems like it will never happen. It feels like things never go right for you, especially when you meet people who find it so easy to get what is so difficult for you.
When we feel impatient and exhausted, it discourages us and makes us angry and frustrated.
Consequently, negative thoughts and a lack of faith come. But believe me, this wait is not for nothing. And you’re not the only one going through this. Everything that is important in our lives doesn’t happen overnight. I know when you’re at your limit, this is difficult. But don’t give up. You are closer to achieving what you want than you think.
You just need to wait and have faith. God always prepares a greater plan for us, one that will bring us the happiness we never imagined we could have. Trust.
Today, I witnessed a moment that made me reflect a lot. I was in line at a bakery, waiting for my turn to be served. I had a bored look on my face, just like the others in front of me.
Ahead of me was a child, about 10 years old, and his mother.
And the child in question was restless, impatient, saying, “Mom, I want to go, the line is too long, I don’t want to wait.”
Then, the answer I needed to hear came to me, and I hope the child took it to heart because, like all mothers, her advice was precious. She said:
“My son, it doesn’t help to get desperate, it doesn’t help to scream, cry, or shout. In life, we always have to wait. Everything is in God’s time. Wait and calm down.” After saying that, the boy didn’t calm down, as you can probably imagine, but it was enough for me. I CALMED DOWN; I found peace.
I believe nothing happens by chance, and hearing that was like God sending me a message through the stranger in front of me with her son.
I am grateful I heard that message because, like the boy, I was just as restless and impatient.
Today, at this very moment, I have more faith and hope. I’ve already come this far, I’ve won and lost battles, and today I’m proud to be a strong man. I know my battle doesn’t end here, and that’s why I’m going to keep going. There’s still so much to happen, and getting desperate won’t help.
I hope I’ve helped someone who was or is in the same situation I was in.
Trust, don’t give up.
