Break free from limiting beliefs and step into a life of growth.
Regardless of beliefs, it is necessary to open our minds to see what is around us. Everything that happens in our lives contributes to our learning.
We need to analyze events to understand the situation.
In addition to the many good things that can happen, we are also subject to the adversities imposed on us, but stay calm, because it is in these moments of difficulty that we evolve. If there were no difficult moments, how could we become better people?
If we are able to let the universe “enter”, we will become more productive and happier people. How do we do this?
It’s time to stop thinking that things will always go wrong, in fact, rethink the concept of what is really wrong.
Believe more in yourself, after all, if you don’t believe in yourself, I’m sorry to inform you, it’s difficult for others to believe.
Have more contact with nature. Go hiking, visit a waterfall, spend a day at the beach. It’s invigorating.
Try a new path, allow yourself new opportunities. You will be surprised.
Spend time alone, have a dinner, buy a good wine. Wear nice, comfortable clothes that make you feel sexier. Enjoy your own company.
Travel. Learn about other cultures, cuisines, and beliefs. Practice “relativism”.
Ask someone out, the most you’ll get is a “no”. And thinking about it, in case of a “yes”, it could become an unforgettable night.
Throw away those old bills, those letters from someone who left years ago and has no intention of coming back. It’s time to reinvent yourself.
Laugh uncontrollably, a good laugh should make your stomach hurt and your eyes water. Try it.
Watch a cultural movie, an old one with values. It’s okay if you don’t like it that much, find one that suits you and that you identify with. The world needs interesting people.
Take that trip, the one you’ve been putting off for years because they left, because of too much work, or I don’t know why… Maybe because of fear of being happy.
Learn a new language, slowly. It’s simpler than it seems. One word a day, on the way to class, college, or work. This is enriching.
Finally, but not less important, maybe even the most important: A study was conducted on elderly people in hospital beds at the end of their lives, and they were asked the following question: What were your regrets?
95% answered that they did not regret anything they had done, nothing. More than anything they had not done.
Surrender to the universe, and it will embrace you.
