There are so many to choose from.

“Follow your instincts.”
But I’d have to say that the worst and best piece of advice, for me, is the one that I always follow, the one that’s responsible for virtually everything good and bad in my life, the one that encompasses all three above when I implement it, and it isn’t even intended as advice.

“Women are always right” and the implied view of that men are wrong and in relationships they need to just admit she is always right to have a happy relationship.
