2. Practice massive Forgiveness of Others
If you live long enough you will learn that people will fail, lie, cheat, steal, and somehow break your trust.
We are all not perfect and we must understand that people will always fail us at some moment.
So let me be clear, I don’t expect people to fail me, but when they do I am quick to forgive them and move forward. Any genuine real kind-hearted person could be really bad in their own pit of desperation.
Instead of kicking dirt, guilt, and shame in their pit. Forgiving them is like giving them an arm up out of the pit.
Harboring any anger in the heart only slows you down and makes you feel eerie inside. Once you forgive you are allowed to grow past that situation.
I know someone might say but what about this special situation. Well remember you can practice massive forgiveness from a distance.
3. Forgive, Love, & Encourage Yourself
You and I will mess up in life somewhere. We will tell ourselves that we won’t do something anymore and boom we are back at it again.
I remember when I was overcoming watching porn and masturbation. Which was no easy task and each time I failed I would guilt myself into this pit of desperation and negative self-talk.
It was not until I learned to say to myself these 3 phases to myself
- Bertrand I forgive you.
- Bertrand I love you.
- Bertrand I know you can overcome this.
The next time you find yourself doing something or in a situation you told yourself no to practice these 3 phases.
- (Your first Name), I forgive you.
- (Your First Name), I love you.
- (Your First Name) I know you can overcome this.
Once you have done this let it go.
4. Set real measured goals with an end date
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. That goes for life too and any other endeavors you wish to pursue.
You must look at what your overall goal is and then what your mini goals are to get you to that overall goal.
Bad Examples
- I want to lose weight. (How much & in how long)
- I want to make 6 figures. (By when, all in 1 shot, or by monthly means)
Good examples
- I am going to lose 15 pounds in the next 15 days
- I am only going to drink alkalized water for the next 15 days
- I am going to do yoga in the morning for 15 minutes every day
I am going to make $3000 monthly from my Fitness Business.
- I am going to give away 100 of my weight loss Cheatsheet for free by the end of next month.
- I am going to sell 31 people into my $97 15 in 15 program by the end of this month.
- I am going to sell 4 people into my Rapid Results Course at $1500 monthly for 6 months by the end of next month.
Between the good and bad examples, you can see the good examples are specific, measurable and have an end date.
You are not living a vague life so don’t have vague goals!
5. Break a sweat
Your body is meant to move every day. But as society advanced and we don’t have to run from predators or catch your food we have become lazy and it is hurting our bodies. Everyday make it point to break a sweat by doing some form of exercise.
Now breaking a sweat may mean taking a walk around the block, going on a run, doing some yoga, running up the stairs. You don’t need to be full on sweating but by simply moving every day your body will appreciate it and return the favor with longevity and go health.
6. Tell the Truth always
Lying feels easy but is always harder in the long run. Just stick to the truth and you will not Have to:
- made up stories
- remember your lie
- destroy your character
- hurt your relationships
Telling the truth allows you to live a fulfilled life without having to remember who you are supposed to be around this person or that people. It allows you to be congruent in all areas of your life.

7. Connect With Your God
We are meant to be connected people but make sure you are also connecting with your God. The source of all your power and strength. Their plan is better than the plan you can think of. Seeking guidance and enlightenment from them is a must!
