1. By becoming accustomed to consistently practicing acts of kindness, you’ll noticeably witness a resulting increased improvement in your mood, an enhanced boost in your self-esteem and confidence, and an overall sense of both greater strengthened mental health and emotional wellbeing in your day to day life.
2. The expression of kindness in its truest form, ingeniously and swiftly taps straight into the root of who we genuinely are at the core of our humanity, and in being kind we are choosing to corroborate our abilities to push beyond current societal restrictions seeking to divide and conquer, and instead stand even more voraciously in our collective truth and authenticity.
3. Kindness could be compared to a healthy, beneficial, plague. Being kind is contagious, and when you sprinkle it around, it begins producing a sort of wondrous “ripple effect,” dispersing out into the world and in infecting others, they become motivated and inspired to practice acts of kindness too.
4. In essence when allowed to fully bloom, kindness can create a new and more solid, stable foundation in providing an accumulated increased longevity within human relations, and really this should come as no surprise since when we are kind, we help others feel connected, cared for, valued, appreciated and loved.
My advice is to never underestimate the power of what may seem to be just one small act of kindness. The impact of being kind is astoundingly powerful in the way it can quite literally positively transform another person’s life for the better. Acts of kindness contain within them an inept ability to completely turn around somebody else’s day, and on a much larger scale, one simple act of kindness could symbolize a new milestone in initiating a new chapter and the turning point in someone’s life that they will remember for years to come.
