Mindset is not the temporary shot of motivation you get after watching a youtube video.
Mindset is not stressfully manufacturing will-power to the point of exhaustion.
And mindset is DEFINITELY not about faking external confidence and happiness while internally feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
Very simply, mindset is WHO YOU ARE.
Your mindset is the collection of thought-patterns and belief systems that determine how you think, act and decide.
Your mindset is your deep inner-truths that ultimately determine what your life looks like.
Physically. Mentally. Professionally. Financially.
Every circumstance in your life was caused by habits and actions.
Every habit and action was caused by a feeling or emotion.
And every feeling was caused by a thought or belief about yourself and the world around you.
So if you want to change your outer world, go inward. Make it your mission to upgrade your mindset, your thoughts, and the beliefs you hold to be true.
Because then (AND ONLY THEN) will you upgrade your feelings, emotions that dictate your actions and behaviors.
