Knowing we have ADD or ADHD is half the battle, but how do we focus? How do we successfully accomplish our goals?
I have ADHD and I know focusing, finishing, and scheduling is tough for me. I have a tendency of starting projects and not finishing them and feeling overwhelmed and a bit depressed. I have worked on focusing, scheduling, and in the process, figured out tips and tricks for managing my ADHD. I don’t like to take pharmaceutical drugs and because of that, I’ve had to manage my ADHD on my own.
I’m sharing coping skills I’ve created on my own, and these skills and tips are the ones I use every day. I will be adding more videos in regards to ADD/ADHD and how to be successful in spite of it!
