Superman had amazing powers, but there was one thing that would drain him of those powers within seconds: the radioactive element Kryptonite.
We may not be able to fly like Superman, but we have amazing powers too: powers of creating, healing and loving that can move mountains. Yet, we often carry chains of our own version of Kryptonite around us that prevent us from fully exploring, growing and utilizing those powers.
Our Kryptonite comes in many forms. Some common examples are:
• Negative beliefs
• Lack of confidence
• Toxic people around us
• Uninspiring work
• Addictions to severely acidic substances (caffeine, alcohol, vinegar, white carbohydrates, nicotine, sugar, drugs)
What is your Kryptonite? Who would you be without it? What amazing things could do without it? When are you going to drop your chains?
