Living with ADD or ADHD is a journey and sometimes the journey is extremely challenging when it comes to focusing and successfully finishing a project. We struggle to overcome our own procrastination.
Sometimes we successfully stop procrastinating and focus on the task, project, or situation at hand only to find out that the other people involved in the task, project, or situation are now procrastinating themselves. We find ourselves waiting on them to focus and pull through with what they said they would do.
When we wait on others we may begin to feel overwhelmed and experience a sense of personal defeat. How do we deal with this situation effectively? How do we use our focus factor to accomplish things in our lives and not get sidetracked by others who are not following through? In this video, I am offering techniques for not falling into this emotionally deceptive trap and how to harness your focus and successfully use it to further your life. When focus and follow-through are difficult, we don’t want to waste the effort, we want to make the most of it.
