Sunday night, you'll of course be checking out Alex Simmons on the It's Komplicated webcast, but if you're in New York City, you could really enjoy something fly on Saturday afternoon …
Legendary hip-hop acts Rakim and EPMD will perform a free show in New York City this Sunday afternoon (August 21).
The show will be a celebration of the 25th anniversary of Eric B and Rakim’s classic debut album, Paid in Full, which launched the seminal MC’s career.
We're not sure how doors open at Central Park, but they do at 2PM with the show slated to begin at 3PM. Maybe Ra will ignore his history (chronicled in the song "Mahogany") and hit the stage on time!
