For the most part, when we’re dealing with aggressive behavior we know it, we feel it and we don’t like it. When someone is getting aggressive, we usually point it out and steer clear from that person. However, when we’re dealing with passive-aggressive behavior, more likely than not, we don’t realize it and we aren’t aware of it happening.
Passive-aggressive relationships can occur in the workplace, romantic relationships, partnerships, family dynamics, and social circles.
