Hands Up, Chin Down is a short documentary about Jerry Mitchell, one of the most respected coaches in amateur boxing. Based on a series of raw audio recordings and lasting exactly the length of a round of boxing, the film is a conceptual study of the coaching process with its strange mix of brutality and care.
