I know that right now you are feeling overwhelmed and consumed by fear and worry. I can sense your racing thoughts and the constant feeling of unease that sits heavy on your chest. But I want you to know that you are not alone. I am here with you, and I will always be here to support you.
I understand that anxiety can be debilitating and that it can feel like a never-ending cycle of fear and worry. But I want you to know that it doesn’t have to be that way. There is hope, and there is a way to overcome this.
