Many individuals feel the mental pressure, the incessant need to hustle, thinking it’s the only path. But guess what? There’s a better way, a more enlightened approach that beckons our attention.
Sure, there are those who work tirelessly, investing hours and grinding their way towards success. We all know these hardworking souls. Yet, increasingly, there’s another breed emerging — individuals summoned into my life — who possess something unique. It’s a knowingness, a term that may not even exist, but it encapsulates their essence. They work hard, but there’s an underlying calmness, a serene aura that’s become a focal point of our conversations.
It’s the shift from the stressful mindset, the “I have to do this, that, and everything NOW” mentality, to ascending a level into the zone of calm assurance. It’s the realm of trust and purpose, a mental shift that marks the difference in manifestation.
Instead of the frantic rush, it’s about calmly stating, “This is what I want,” setting the intention, and knowing, deep within, that it’s already done. It’s trusting the process, understanding that external reality is a creation, and what shows up is, to a certain extent, a manifestation of our own making. If we’re the architects of our reality, why do we insist on controlling the construction process?
This is the crux — it’s about trusting, knowing, and resisting the urge to meddle with the intricate workings of the process. Reflect on the proudest moments in your life, those manifestations you hold dear — a sum of money, a relationship, a business opportunity. Examine the series of events leading up to them; you’ll realize there was no way to predetermine or control every step.
The truth is, you’re not in control of it all, so stop the futile attempt to grasp every aspect. Cease trying to control the how, the unfolding of events. Instead, tap into a higher zone, where the energy propels your chosen outcome because you’ve envisioned it. Yes, take aligned action, but release the need for control.
Things unfold without your meticulous control over the how. Trust the process, trust the energy, and witness the manifestation of what you desire. Observe yourself attracting what you want by understanding your energetic state.
Step into the space of setting firm intentions, trusting the process, and relinquishing concerns about the unfolding details. Embrace the trust energy, for it is a serene, positive, forward-moving state that propels you into the realm of manifestation. In the soothing embrace of trust, you’ll find the peace and calm assurance that lead to the manifestation of your desires.
And here’s the magic — when you’re in the flow state, you can achieve months, even years, worth of work with ease in just a few days or a week. Just this past Thursday to Sunday, I experienced an enormous flow. I accessed energetic downloads for over thirty workshops planned for this year, created content and marketing for almost a dozen of them, all while teaching a powerful class to a dozen amazing souls locally. I stayed in the flow with my clients and made time for connection with my kids and Craig. It wasn’t a hustle; it didn’t feel like “work.” There was no stress — just ease and flow. Surrendering into this state, things developed swiftly and seemingly effortlessly. Trusting in the flow, we can achieve incredible feats with grace and simplicity.
