M Paull

Mark Paull is a writer and former diabetes educator exploring the raw realities of Type 1 Diabetes and ADHD. Diagnosed with T1D at age 11 in 1967, he has spent decades navigating the collision of neurodiversity and chronic illness. Though he was born with ADHD, it wasn’t officially diagnosed until 2015. His work has appeared in The Globe and Mail*, and he continues to shed light on the unseen battles of those living with lifelong conditions.
