Mike de le Rocha is a visionary strategist, acclaimed musician,
influential changemaker, and author. As co-founder of Revolve Impact and Tepito Coffee, Mike has played a pivotal role in some of the most
significant policy victories and cultural movements in United States history. Recognized as one of GOOD Magazine’s 100 people changing the world, Mike is also a recipient of the AFL-CIO’s Justice, Peace &
Freedom Award, a Shorty Social Good Award for Social Justice, and more.
With a background extending into politics, advocacy, and the arts, while having served as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Californians for Safety and Justice, Legislative Deputy for former Congressman
Tony Cárdenas, and Policy Advisor for the Los Angeles Human Relations Commission, Mike is a trailblazer at the intersection of politics, art, and healing. His company Revolve Impact, is a movement-driven creative agency that shifts narratives and amplifies social justice movements, driving systemic change through strategic campaigns, innovative storytelling, and community engagement. Over the past
decade, their work has reached over 2 billion people globally, directly engaged 350,000 individuals, and built 300+ partnerships with nonprofits, labor unions, companies, and community health clinics—connecting them to 300+ influencers, artists, and athletes. This collaborative approach has led tosubstantial policy victories, including co-managing Mass Bail Out, the largest bailout in U.S. history, passing an initiative that cleared 1.5 million records, and helping secure the freedom of Brittney Griner, Jonathan Irons, and tens of thousands of other people.
Mike has now ventured into writing, drawing deeply from his life experiences as he wrote his first book, Sacred Lessons: Teaching My Father How to Love (Regalo Press/Simon and Schuster), which was
released on June 3, 2025. The book explores how inherited definitions of manhood profoundly impacted

connecting with themselves and others, offering tools for personal growth and ways to build meaningful

entic relationships in their lives.
This exploration of connection and transformation aligns with Mike’s creative journey, which began with
the release of his 2010 debut solo EP,
Moving Forward
. Since then, Mike has used music as a catalyst for
change, releasing a diverse discography, including a live album of “The Living Rooms Across America”
tour, an EP with Suspended Apprehension, and his latest work with ON/NOTICE, produced by Grammy-winner Robert Carranza.
Mike has performed and spoken on influential stages like SXSW,
TEDx
,
NPR
, and Amnesty
International,
while also touring globally across Europe, Africa, and North America. Sharing the stage with artists like
Ben Harper, Foster the People, and Jon Batiste, Mike continues to bridge music and social impact on a

His work harnessing

Raised in Ventura, CA, Mike earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA where he served as the Undergraduate Student Body President before going on to obtain a Master degree from Cal State University, Dominguez Hills.
