Richard Walker

Richard Walker (www.yorksolutions.net) is the CEO of York Solutions, an IT consulting firm that uses a non-transactional, values-based approach to provide clients with custom workforce solutions to achieve business, technology, and operational goals. In addition to working with companies, York Solutions works with IT professionals to find the right company and role for their skills, while also guiding them through professional development programs like the company’s association, Think IT, and their Link to Leadership program. Walker joined York Solutions in 1998 as Managing Partner. He earned his bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Leeds in the UK. He is also a certified DiSC trainer.
