Scarlett Saitta

Scarlett Saitta is an osteopathic medical student and public health advocate from rural South Carolina. Her work focuses on nutrition access, rural health equity, and empowering overlooked communities to forge their own paths to success. She is the author of the American Farm and School Nutrition Support Act, a zero-cost federal proposal to expand healthy school meals and support local farmers.
