Why not sleep less?

Most people already know that getting enough sleep is good for them, the problem is that work, kids, friends, and the gym often gets in the way of sleep in your life. And because these things happen every day, people underestimate the impact of an extra hour of sleep.
So you might be sleeping six hours a night, which is less than the average, and you’re assuming that’s all you need. But experts say that has been a big mistake. Sometimes people stick to bad habits for too long, develop health problems, and go to sleep clinics for treatment.

People usually don’t know how much sleep they need, until one day after you get enough sleep, you can’t help but think: “’I’m full of energy this day, I’m like a fly, I’ve done everything, I’m interested in people, I’m not emotional”.
So ups and downs, so focused. That’s when you realize that’s the amount of sleep you need. If you’re still drowsy even after getting enough sleep, it could be a sign of a more pressing health problem, experts say. Having a clear head at work is great, but feeling energized is even better.
