Arthur Thoms who goes by Tom had little time left due to a failing heart.

Jeni Stepien’s father was killed in a robbery and his heart was donated to Tom.

Jeni reached out to him to when she got engaged to walk her down the aisle; writing him a letter asking him to be part of her special day. They “met” for the first time the night before the wedding.
