Which hormone plays the most important role in men becoming more attractive to women?
The answer is undoubtedly testosterone.
It’s what allows us to develop and maintain secondary sex characteristics that signal to women that we are men. It’s what allows us to get bigger muscles after lifting heavy weights and eating lots of protein. It’s what allows us to be more “masculine” in lots of ways.
Testosterone ultimately makes men stronger in both body and personality.
If our testosterone levels fall, our bodies and behaviors change. It becomes more difficult to maintain a masculine physique. It becomes easier for fat to accumulate around our bellies. It becomes harder to naturally be more dominant, ambitious, and competitive.
Lack of testosterone ultimately makes men weaker in both body and personality.
What you eat plays a vital role in regulating your hormones.
If you eat too much highly processed crap and drink too much alcohol, your testosterone is going to plummet, and you’re going to end up becoming a soft little sack of doughnuts.
Just to be clear, women do not want to f**k doughnuts.
What should you be eating instead?
Check out this video that talks about 14 different foods that will naturally boost your testosterone:
In summary, the video says the following 14 foods will help with your natural testosterone production: eggs, salmon, cabbage, avocado, pumpkin seeds, milk fortified with vitamin D, spinach, black beans, pomegranate juice, onion, broccoli, honey, olive oil, and wild caught tuna.
If you’re serious about building a more masculine body, that means you’re already eating lots of protein.
You’re probably already eating plenty of eggs, and you probably already know that all the propaganda about eggs being bad for cholesterol levels or whatnot is all bullsh*t.
Keep eating eggs. Keep eating 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight daily. Keep pumping iron (with proper form) in the gym.
Like the Buff Dudes recommended, be sure to include seafood containing Omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon and wild caught tuna, at least from time to time. It’s going to help regulate your body fat as well.
What about soy products?
You’ve probably heard from here and there, especially if you’ve exposed yourself to any part of the manosphere, that soy contains phytoestrogen, which will produce more estrogen in your body or mess up your testosterone somehow.
I’ve done the scientific research for you. As discussed in Never Lonely: The Uncensored Guide on How to Attract and Be Loved by Women, practically every human study conducted came to the conclusion that soy does not negatively affect testosterone in men unless you’re literally eating nine times more of it than anyone else.
However, you should know that consuming animal proteins will provide you with a more complete amino acid profile. There’s no reason to avoid soy, but things are going to be harder if you’re vegan.
Like I said at the beginning of this article, though, alcohol and highly processed food will do much more harm to your T levels than soy ever could. Oh, and add white sugar to that list of garbage to avoid putting into your body. Replace all the sugar in your house with honey.
What if soy milk is just regular milk introducing itself in Spanish?
Which of those 14 foods do you already regularly include in your diet? Let me know in the comments!
