
I was sure to dump my wife to relive my life.
I had mental blocks to believe her completely.
Couple of years back I was devastated to know that she is cheating me.
It was a painful experience but I tried to hang on and tried to rebuilt our marriage.
But recently I developed a emotional disorder. I was unable to believe her.
I started to feel that she is cheating me again.
It is a repetitive thought which I can not ignore and that is bothering me through out the day.
My behavior towards her changed.
I understood she was hurt but I can not control my emotion completely.
My problem further deteriorated as I tried to discuss my mental agony with her.
She did not understand me and distanced further.
I had limited trust for the psychologists and their therapies. But I had no option.
I needed a therapist to heal and get out of the disorder sooner.
I found one with a very high positive reviews in google.
Visited her the next day.
I shared about my heart break, her cheating, our falling marriage. More importantly, I shared about my inability to believe her completely in situations.
She told me to practice an activity every day.
The activity was Peace Walk.

Peace walk changed me for the better.

#1 The walk should be done either in early morning or after dinner.
#2 The walk will be completely alone and no one should accompany you.
#3 During the walk you need to put your earphone on and listen to your favorite music.
#4 You should keep humming the music when listening.
#5 The walk will be brisk.
#6 During this walk you should not talk or greet anyone on your way.
#7 You should be absolutely with yourself.
#8 The walk should be at least for 15 to 20 minutes.

After I started, within days I felt positive effect of this.
I started to feel calm and composed throughout the day.
It has a soothing effect on me.
I stopped arguing with my wife within a week.
I found new purpose in my relationships.
I was feeling happy within.
I started to feel that I will able to save my marriage.
I felt empowered.
