Your body needs regular fuel.
- “Don’t wait until you’re starving to eat.”
- “Don’t let yourself get so hungry you feel shaky.”
- “Don’t skip meals and then wonder why you’re exhausted.”
- “Don’t ignore your hunger and call it ‘being busy.’”
- “Don’t run on coffee and vibes and call it fuel.”
- “Don’t push through the day on an empty tank and expect full‑tank energy.”
…
Do any of these sound like something familiar?
We all do it. We skip meals because we’re busy, forget to eat because we’re focused on a movie or a book (or streaming a series).
You look up and suddenly realize that you’ve been running on fumes for a while and didn’t even realize it. Your brain is foggy, your patience is thin, and you’re HUNGRY!
We don’t usually ignore our hunger just to be a hero or anything. We do it because we’re busy. We’re distracted or taking care of someone else first.
How many times have you told yourself : “I’ll eat after this” or “I’ll eat in a minute”?
Notice the early signs. It’s not always your stomach growling. Sometimes it’s:
- Irritability
- Brain fog
- Feeling shaky
- Losing focus
- Getting snappy
…
This is your “low-fuel” warning.
Eat when your body asks. Not when your schedule allows. Not when you “deserve it. Not when you finally remember.
Just eat when you’re hungry, and if you’re not hungry, eat on a schedule.
You’ve got to eat. Don’t skip.
Keep something easy to eat nearby. Not a full meal. Just something to grab without thinking about it.
You function better when you’re fed.
You have a better:
- Mood
- Patience
- Clarity
…
It all improves with regular meals.
