Daily Mo Update
With the winter chill in the air today, I must admit I cannot wait to grow my full beard back next month!
Movember Awareness
Alcohol intake can be associated with depression. As much as we’d like this to not be true, it is. If you already struggle with depression, alcohol is not the solution. If you’re indulging to just let loose or socialize, be careful with how much you consume. The hangover the next day isn’t the only thing that can happen. Usually when I drink a lot during a weekend bender, sometimes the depression may not even hit me until a couple of days later, but I find myself tired, worn out, and after what was a great weekend, a bit down in the dumps. Not only that, but people tend to make stupid decisions when they drink which can result in a depressing environment too. Men who turn to alcohol as their method of dealing with their issues, please stop! Talk to a friend. Everyone else, tread lightly!

Daily Mo Update
I took my own advice and reached out to a wise old friend. It was nice to reconnect and share life experiences. I do need to expand my circle of friends, and be intentional about nurturing those relationships. I’ll work on it, and Namaste in the present moment.
Oh, also, I lost a few pounds and feel good in my body.
